Frameworks and Considerations for JEDI at Work

In the midst of the ongoing attacks on immigrants and so that OEN might focus on being inclusive, examining our own bias, and so that we might be the most active participants possible in dismantling institutionalized racism, sexism, homophobia and all forms of oppression, we’re sharing as many resources as we can to that end.

Jose Gonzales, founder of Latino Outdoors shares, through a recent webinar (August 2019) , a framework for considering JUSTICE EQUITY DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION (JEDI) in your work.

Enjoy and thank you Jose and the Coastal Conservancy for hosting.
